Southampton FC insight into marketing.
On Wednesday 17th November we were lucky enough to have a guest lecture about the exact industry I want to go into. I found this very interesting as they gave us real life examples of how a professional football marketing team operates and all the work that goes on in the background of the club.
Asda Marketing Internship
November 2019
I was lucky enough to have a week internship in the head office in Leeds for the company Asda. I followed people in the marketing team, went to meetings and had one to one talks with people involved from the team. I believe this is where my fascination of marketing started as i got to see how a large business in the UK operated in a day to day basis.
